Close to downtown Waterford, 20 minutes to Lake Geneva, 15 minutes to Milwaukee and 18 minutes to Alpine Valley for summer concerts or winter skiing and tubing. Featuring a full kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials, along with coffee for your mornings and 2 living areas with TVs and WiFi. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath as well as a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a main full bath. The lower level has a living area, bedroom with to twin beds and a full bath. Outside boasts an upper deck and lower patio with seating for 6, a gas grill (propane provided) and a hot tub as well as a fire pit (wood provided) and kayaks free for your use. are built to order. We would meet with the customer, discuss fabrics and measure windows, then enter details in their portal to build a proposal. Since these are all built-to-order the lead times vary from usually 4-6 weeks, although some fabrics can be 10+ week lead time, however those are the exception. Call for consulation.
