Rotating our menu results in a variety of sauces and a rich diversity of flavors for you to try each time you visit. Our daily menu consists of 7 to 10 dishes and includes favorites like jambalaya, etouffee and gumbo. You can choose a full dish or if you can't decide do half and half and try two dishes.
