There might have been something that the figure moved at one time, but it is no longer with the figure. The figure is approximately 11 3/4" x 12" x 26 1/2" and weighs 4.40 lbs. There is a marking on the neck, but we could not make out the name. The figure has a full head of hair under the hat. The other arm might have been animated at one time, but it now lacks the mechanical parts to do so. The wood base the figure is mounted on also has some chips.
