Framed New Yorker From August 31 1940 Framed New Yorker From August 31, 1940. We are unsure if the full magazine was framed, or the cover. Artist Ilonka Karasz did the original cover. The framed New Yorker is approx 13" x 3/4" x 16 3/4" and it weighs 2.60lbs. The magazine cover is approx 8 1/4" x 11 1/2". The framed cover is in good, vintage condition with scratches, markings, and dents on the frame.
