Chesterfield Patina Roof White Martin Birdhouse Condo BH03 Bird Lover's Gift This is a beautiful purple martin birdhouse condo. Does not include the pole or sleeve. Sits right over the top of a 4X4 post. The post, as shown in picture, is a 4X4 post with a white vinyl sleeve over it. Minimal assembly required. Finial and the 4 bottom side pieces that sit over the post. Resin like base makes it easy to clean and does not rot like regular wood. The top comes off. There are 2 screws that hold it on. Once the top is off you can take a hose and wash out. Lots of character. 28" tall X 15" X 15"
