Solar Water Heater tank 120 Gallons

Solar Water Heater tank 120 Gallons made by American Water Heater Company. This tank is used, made in Aug 2009, in working condition when removed. It is out of factory warranty; HOWEVER, when installed the original owner added an electronic anode rod device to prevent corrosion. It was used without any issues on City of Sarasota water. The owner's insurance company required them to update it for him to maintain insurance on his Lido Key mansion. The life expectancy on these typically is 10-20 years; with the added anode device it could be longer. Only available for pickup at our Sarasota warehouse. It comes with a limited 10 day warranty; basically so you can install and verify that it is ok; should it fail within this period we will refund your barter money; but will not compensate for labor to install it. It was working when we disconnected it. you will need to add back the standard Anode Rod (included) or buy the fancy electronic one (the rod portion is included but not the control/power supply). The outer jacket has a few cosmetic scratches and very small dents mostly on the back side. The top is really clean for it's age; normally these tanks show signs of corrosion around the fittings.
