Initial training and ongoing support
Your operation begins with a week of training at the IMS Headquarters, followed by a week of onsite support and training at your new location. You will have a network of peers (fellow employees) to provide advice and moral support through a company intranet, annual conferences, and Zoom training calls. In addition, the IMS Training & Support Team will be available for questions and issues related to your operation.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday
We are a business-to-business barter exchange that serves the business community from 8:30am to 5pm. This gives our employees the ability to enjoy time with their families.
