STEP 4
Click on "My Bulk Uploads" to start the bulk upload process.
On the Bulk Uploads page, you can see tips for a good bulk upload. Namely, the file must be a CSV (comma separated value) file, an Excel spreadsheet (XLS or XLSX format), or an OpenOffice/LibreOffice spreadsheet (ODS format). Your file’s first row should contain the “headers”, or column titles that describe the data in those columns. The file should be less than 4MB in size. Each product should have a unique ID column – the unique ID is used to group together different variations (i.e. a product that is available in different sizes, colors, etc.).If you include one or more columns with an image URL (i.e. a link that points at the photo for your product, with one link per column) we can automatically attach your photos. Alternatively, if you sell on Amazon and have an “ASIN” (Amazon Standard Identification Number), we can retrieve the primary photo for your product. If neither of those options work for you, you can manually attach photos for each ad during the upload wizard process. Your upload file itself should NOT contain inserted photos, as they will not be processed.
If you don’t have a CSV / spreadsheet of your products, but would like a template to fill in for a later bulk upload, you can click here to download a file, or use the link shown at the bottom of the blue “info box” on the Bulk Uploads page.
